Order Processing and Delivery

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 7 – 10 working days. Delays may occur during high volume periods. Additional transit days may be required for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will promptly inform you and make every effort to expedite your order.

International Shipping

coverhome.in ships internationally. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and delivery location. During checkout, customers will be shown the shipping cost and can choose to proceed with the order. Deliveries for international orders will be made by our courier partners to the address specified during checkout or to an authorized recipient.

Cash on Delivery and Service Area

Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available in select areas. If your PIN Code is outside our serviceable area, we will require pre-payment via the best available alternative. We continually work to expand our delivery network to serve you better.

Delivery Delays

Rare circumstances such as natural calamities, national holidays, or regulatory constraints may cause delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding during such events.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

Inspection and Proof of Delivery

Our courier partners may inspect shipments upon request by competent authorities without incurring liability. Proof of delivery or other documentation will be provided upon request within 7 days of shipment booking.

Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be deemed undeliverable if the address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect, or cannot be located, or if the recipient refuses delivery.

Information Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information without prior notice.

Environmental Responsibility

Packaging materials contribute significantly to landfill waste. We encourage customers to reuse and recycle all packaging materials.

Change of Delivery Address

Changes to the delivery address can be accommodated within 12 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery a maximum of three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the shipment will be considered rejected.
